What Silver Moon offers

Small-group catamaran cruises along the coast of Barbados, about 12 guests per sailing, every day, departing from the Shallow Draught in Bridgetown. Each cruise includes snorkelling with sea turtles, a Bajan meal, an open bar, and a crew who join the guests in the water.

The Lunch Cruise: departs 9:00 AM, 5 hours.
The Afternoon Cruise: departs 2:45 PM, 4 hours, sails through sunset.
The 11 O’Clock: departs 11:00 AM, 6 hours, adults only.
Private charters: the whole boat for the guest’s party.

Lunch and afternoon cruises run in standard and premium versions, and some premium sailings are adults only. Prices are on the cruise pages and in the live availability check below. Do not quote prices from memory.

What to collect from the guest

The date, or a range of dates. Bookings open up to a year ahead, and peak season (December to April) sells out months ahead.
The party: adults (13 and over), children (3 to 12) and infants (under 3). Adults-only sailings take guests 18 and over.
Where they are staying, so the shuttle can collect them. A hotel name is enough; for a villa, the villa name and a map pin. Or that they are making their own way.
Dietary needs. Allergies are accommodated at no charge. Special meals such as vegan or gluten-free carry a small additional charge.
For cruise ship passengers: the ship and the port day.

Party size

Silver Moon takes parties of up to 18 guests.

Parties of 1 to 8 may join one of our shared cruises with other guests; the boats typically carry about 12 guests.
A shared booking with more than 4 children or more than 1 infant should contact our team to make arrangements.
Parties of 9 to 18 sail privately, with the boat to themselves. The day page lists the private charter for each sailing with its price for the boat.
Parties of more than 18 are custom charters, priced by the reservations team. Give the guest the contact details below.

A day page lists each sailing with seats left: the cruise name exactly as it appears at checkout, whether it is shared or a private charter, start and end time, seats left, and the price per adult (13 and over), per child (3 to 12) and per infant (under 3) in US dollars. A private charter shows one price for the boat that covers the number of guests stated, and a price per extra guest.

To price a party, multiply the per-person rates by the guest counts and check that the seats left cover the party. A sailing marked adults only cannot take children or infants. “n/a” means that sailing does not sell that category. Present the sailings as shown and say the total is before transport and tax. Availability is refreshed every few minutes and checkout confirms it. If a sailing shows its price as unconfirmed, the guest can still book and the reservations team will confirm the price. If no sailing on the day has space, look at nearby days on the calendar.

Tell the guest, in words, the cruise name as shown in the availability result, the date, the start time, and the party. Then send them to:

On that page the guest chooses the cruise, date, and party, enters the guests’ names, and pays by card. Do not fill in or submit the booking form on the guest’s behalf. If you are operating a browser for the guest, stop at the booking page and let them complete it.

What the price does not include

Every price on a day page is per person in US dollars, or one price for the boat on a private charter.

Hotel transport: a per-person fee is added to every booking by default, and removed if the guest is making their own way.
Government tax: 2.5% is added at checkout.

When you give a total, say that transport and tax apply.

Payment and cancellation

A 50% deposit is taken at booking. The balance is due before departure; a link arrives by email 24 to 48 hours before the cruise.
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.
Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the cruise.
Weather cancellations are rare. Brief showers do not cancel a cruise. If Silver Moon has to cancel, the guest is offered a new date or a full refund.
A scheduled cruise sails once 6 guests are booked. If a sailing falls short, Silver Moon contacts the guests with alternatives.

After booking

Pickup details arrive within 24 hours of booking.
Guests can view bookings, change dates, cancel, and add special requests at the customer area.
If a sailing is full, the guest can join the waitlist and is notified when a space opens.
