What you'll do
- Assist in the safe operation of our vessels
- Guide guests at snorkeling sites
- Learn and support routine maintenance activities
- Learn our reservations system
- Support onboard food and beverage service
- Deliver exceptional service and memorable guest experiences
Who we're looking for
Essential
- Confident swimmer, comfortable in open water
- Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Punctual and well-presented at all times
- Eligible to work in Barbados
A bonus
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Enjoy working with people and being part of a high-energy team
- Dedicated and eager to learn
- Prior experience on the water or in hospitality is an asset
